Some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered at a shipping centre! Over the last few years these guys have always gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate it every time (unlike their call centre - very different story! ;) ) thanks guys

I rarely review things but this place deserves my time. I ship things all the time in my line of work. Whenever I have a FedEx anything I go here. Don at the front desk and his crew always make the experience quick and painless. They go above and beyond for the customer. Which is EXTREMELY rare in the shipping industry. Keep up the great work

Terrible service. Envelope shipped from La Quinta, California on April 16th. Arrived in Saanichton depot Friday the 20th in the am. Did not get delivered that day, sat in depot all weekend. Drove around in truck all day Monday the 23rd and still not delivered as of Tuesday am. Envelope is supposedly now to be delivered by end of day Tuesday the 24th. I believe mail service would have been just as fast. This delivery cost me $46.10 US. Terrible service, would like to know why it drove around for two days.
