I don't have a buzzer connected to my building, called customer service twice trying to tell them all they have to do is call me when the package arrives. All I hear is "drivers don't have company cellphones". What's the point? You might as well cancel the delivery and just ship it to the pick up spot, waste of time and gas, I can't wait at the door all day. Such a simple request. Now I have to figure out how to pick up a 30lb computer without a car, all the way from their pick up location close to the airport. They have all this customer service line, social media people responding to complaints, but you still see people posting the same kind of complaints. What does that tell you? They don't really bother to fix things. The drivers don't even make any effort to have it deliver the goods to customers, they just show they made a trip, the rest is out of their hands. The company should really look elsewhere such as China, where there's more e-commerce and logistics activities, people can literally buy anything online and have it delivered to their doorstep in less than 2 days. If they run a company like this there, they'll be out of business in no time. And no, I don't need some social media person to respond to me and say sorry to hear that and ask for my tracking number, because you aren't genuinely trying to help me, I'll just find a friend to drive me to pick up the item, even after all the shipping and handling is paid for.

Purolator dropped the ball with my delivery. I was home all day . No knock on my front door or the ringing of my doorbell; just a notice that the driver missed me..... what a joke!!! I don’t know what the company policy is with knocking on a door or ringing a doorbell, but maybe Purolator can provide drivers with a training course on door knocking and doorbell ringing. Now, I have to go out to the airport to retrieve my package.

Horrible. I waited by my phone for the delivery driver to ring my buzzer, but he never did. I got an email saying "Sorry we missed you." I called to complain, and the woman said the driver needs a buzzer number. When I told her all he had to do was check my name on the keypad (something that literally takes about 5 seconds) she said she wasn't sure if drivers were supposed to do that or not. Huh??? I do not have a car to pick up my package and I PAID for shipping and handling. But because the delivery driver could not be bothered to check a key pad, I will probably have to take a cab to pick up my package. I also did not get an apology until I asked for one, and even then it was a begrudging one. Terrible.

By far the worst courier of them all: 1. Drivers refuse to call, wether it is company policy or driver choice, this is a practice nobody has done since 2001 2. Drivers just don’t care. The security in my building asked if they wanted to use the desk phone, the driver told her no and went on his way. 3. The BIGGEST problem.. why are you sending my package to the YVR location. I live in Mount Pleasant, there is 3 Purolator locations surrounding me, and you want me to drive all the way into Richmond in the middle of the day?! The day you shutdown will be a great day for many. I just wish Amazon would not use you.

One of the worst companies on the planet. I missed the delivery of my package to my home so they left a notice, fair enough. Went to this central location for pick up on the same day at 6 pm. Drivers should have been back at 5:30 pm, but they couldn't find my package, fair enough. I showed them my tracking number and the staff said to come back tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up the package. Just called customer service who said I will not be able to pick up my package during the weekend because they are understaffed during the weekend. Said the package is in the same building but because I called customer service at 7:30 pm they could not tell the staff at the location to keep the package towards the front reception area. What do you mean?!? The package is in the same building, you won't allow your staff to get the package from the back because it's a weekend?!? You have to be kidding me! The staff at this location didn't say I had to specifically call customer service and tell them I want to pick up during the weekend. Why would I need to do this, when I told the staff in person at the same location that I'll come to pick it up tomorrow, who said no problem sir. They didn't tell me about Purolators stupid idiotic policy. What BS is this honestly. I will not ever ship a package through Purolator for my entire life. This company is officially on my blacklist.
