Purolator

Purolator is an acceptable shipping option. The service at this center is on and off. Sometimes no one will be available at the front desk and you will have to wait a moment. But when they are there they tend to be friendly and down to earth. That said, expected service is usually on time and well done. Some exceptions do apply and it can go south with little available or obvious customer service to address these issues. One thing I do applaud Purolator for is their free shipping supplies and willingness to work with small businesses. I helped one manage a lot of inventory in and out and Purolator was not stingy with providing supplies. There are sometimes restrictive limits to American shipping that I wish they would resolve. My main issue is being unable to acquire enough declaration forms on location.

Good location....Good service...they get the job done.

Don't even make an effort to buzz our apartment number. They just leave the damn sticker on the door without even ringing the bell. The instructions were clear, the delivery person is just lazy.

The delivery came to my door a day early which was great, bag ripped wide open.which wasn’t so great, however, my front door was open and the delivery guy knocked saying delivery.my dog ( old border collie) started barking and the delivery guy got mad at me. Very abrupt and rude stating this is NOT OK that my dog came outside. He was very dramatic and rude. I grabbed the pkg and looked at my dog and said “ good boy”. Normally, I completely would have apologized and been compassionate , however, his communication towards me was unnecessary . When he came to the door and knocked on it yelling in the doorway, what would most dogs do ? I also wasn’t expecting the parcel until the 22 so, yes, my door was wide open . Again, I acknowledge the fear of dogs , however, I think if you see dog toys , etc , might give u an indication there is a DOG.Maybe not the right choice to yell into a house and knock while the door is wide open..... Im not sure of a safer protocol, but, this was not appropriate .Thought I would address as I never had this issue with a delivery - ever .
