I have seen a steady decline in how they treat customers and their lackadaisical view towards their shipment dates. They do not always scan their packages, or have significant delivery delays. Years ago in college I worked unloading trailers in the morning and I remember a beautiful crate of Olive Oil that had made it all the way from Italy to Edmonton.... it was sitting at the top of one of the trailers, so 8 feet up at the top. The workers could not get it down so they just pulled the bottom piece out so it all fell and broke. I am finding this type of attitude with most people I deal with in Purolator. To finish the story, the workers shoveled the glass and oil into a bag and delivered it to the client. They shrugged and said, "that is what insurance is for."
