Purolator

3rd time I have had to deal with these yahoos and still not a charm... I sat home all day waiting for my package that was out for delivery at 2 a friend comes by and say hey purolater left a note on your gate... I had my dogs in the house all day and you couldn't be bothered to open a driveway gate

Completely pathetic. Delivery was made to wrong address even though my correct information was on my packages. I then proceeded to customer service for assistance, not helpful. The lady on the phone told me the address of where my packages were delivered to. I went there, turns out my packages are not delivered to that address. Luckily the actual place where my packages were delivered to called me so I could pick my things up. I had to do all that just because a brainless delivery driver couldn't deliver to my address. How I can you make a mistake like that. I don't understand.

So many negative reviews here, but I've found the counter staff positive, upbeat, and helpful on my multiple visits in the past week.

Would give no stars! Try calling they pick up the phone then hang up. Not really professional at all!!!! Avoiding phone calls by not answering the phone! brutal!!

Could not be more disappointed with the service provided. Customer service was curt and unhelpful solving an issue that doesn’t seem to exist for other carriers. The solution offered, if you can call it that, involved the item being delivered a week late. If anyone knows of a way to have amazon exempt them from their shipping algorithm I’d love to hear it.
