These guys dropped the ball big time not providing the correct manifest on some very important documents. I’d stay away from this store if you want your stuff shipped reliably.

Last week i called to schedule pick-up for the next day since I was not at home yet still they kept making delivery attempts, still don't have my package til this day and their customer service is useless to find out where my package is.

I'm a VERY UNHAPPY customer. December 23 a Courtenay delivery person left a parcel out in the rain in the parking lot beside my house. That parcel contained over 100$ (us) worth of gluten free flour.

Today I had a very large, very heavy (90 lbs) box delivered to my home. Not only was the package heavy, it was also awkward to handle, and the driver was alone. There was ice and a bit of snow in my driveway so I offered to move my car out of the way in order to make it safer and easier for the driver. I had trouble finding my car keys so the nice man asked for a shovel, which he found in the shed. He then shovelled away the snow and ice, put the shovel back in it's place, and got the large box into the house. What really amazed me was how cheerful and friendly he was, not making me feel guilty for one minute about the whole situation! It could easily have made him crumpy, specially at this busy time, but he did not seem bothered by having to clear the driveway before proceeding to my front door! This friendly man deserves a big pat on the back for giving the best customer service that I have seen in a long time! I didn't get his name but I'll try to find out in order to give him a token of appreciation. Thank you, UPS, for an excellent service! Rohanna Rae

Got there a couple minutes before lunch break and they had locked up early and the employee smoking in the back walked back inside when I asked him if the hours on the door were correct
