FedEx Ground Terminal

FedEx delivery person phoned me to ask if I was home at my apartment and I told him I was at work. He said I could pick up my package from their warehouse at 8195 Dallas Dr after 5pm. You actually have to pick it up in the office next door at 8175 Dallas Dr. When I arrived at 5:20 there was not a single person around, all the doors were locked and the lights in the office were all out. Would have been nice if they said they weren’t open past 5. Or would have been nice if they would actually try and deliver it more than once seeing how I was off the next day which was a weekday. Would also be cool if they put their office hours somewhere like Google Maps or at least on their door.

A little hard to find, when their office used to be more accessible. The lady was very nice and was able to track down the package for me.

Ordered a very expensive item from an online store. On delivery date it was after 5 and still 'in transit' so we figured it wouldn't make it here tonight, as we are out of town a bit, so we went to the store. Item was shown as delivered at 4:22 when we are home and signed by my S.O who did not sign for it. His signature was forged and now we are out a lot of money. We called fedex but after an hour trying to reach someone they didn't seem concerned or willing to help. I will never use FedEx again personally and will try to have companies ship through another method from now on. What is the point of having a signature if it will just be forged and no ID is required? Very upset and disappointed. Would give -5 stars if possible.

ridiculous - Fed Ex phoned to tell me to pick up a package - I phoned the 1-800# and they couldn't find a package in my name and put me on hold for 15 minutes to give me the hours of the station - she got back to me and couldn't find the station. (listed on the web - weird!!), then on hold to put me in touch with someone else...The call center that is responding is in El Salvador!!! over an hour total, and no use

AWFUL SERVICE. My apartment building does not have a working buzzer. It’s obvious. So, the drivery person made two attempts to deliver the LARGE package without attempting to contact me. I WAS HOME EVERY “ATTEMPT”. I was contacted by the office and I explained to them that they need to call my phone when they’re at my apartment, gave very clear instructions along with my phone number. Do you think they called on the third attempt? OF COURSE NOT!!! After working a graveyard I stayed up until 2pm waiting for this package to arrive. The delivery slip noted they were at my apartment at 11:10am. WHAT? Given the choice I will never use Fedex again.
