I have to agree with the numerous negative reviews. The address was wrong on my package, which, not the fault of UPS, however, it sat in the Kelowna depot for 2 days before I was contacted about the address. Then after changing it, it sat there another 2 days. I called again and was told the address wasn't changed, so I changed it again. Was told at that time it would take another 2 days to process the change, but I could go pick it up if I wanted. However with the absolutely ridiculous hours of operation, I'm not able to get there. So I'm now waiting another 2 days for my delivery. I will never deal with UPS to ship anything that I actually require to be shipped.
