These guys are horrible, must call a set phone # then get a call back 2 hours later on the call back service. they inform me that I have to pick up package, wont provide local # wont provide hours of operation. When asked why is it possible to deliver a package a few days earlier ( must add just through it on my porch ( as I heard it being delivered when I was in my kitchen) good thing it was not breakable. then must pick up package that was to be delivered, however another package is out for delivery today and the roads are worse than yesterday and better then the other day they were successful at delivering. This is the worst service as it states delivery up to 8pm and in past I have received garbage service and my dog was barking at 10pm. they are horrible with any kind of communication. I will be making sure every one I speak to is aware of this garbage. If needed to get items delivered from ordering on line don't bother to deal with theses guys .

Prince George branch really has very bad service. Ordered from Amazon at least 5 times and now order can not be delivered because of wrong address. Package has been in Prince George just about a week now.

Intelcom has the worst Amazon delivery people I have ever seen. We have a 1/2 km driveway which is always in excellent shape, snow always removed quickly. The drivers, half the time, leave our parcels at the end of our road at the Hwy. I just had a lady deliver my parcel saying it was in the middle of the Hwy and was going to get either ran over or stolen. Last week the package was tied in a bag to our sign at the Hwy. We could not even reach it to get it..... another time, I seen then carrying our neighbours package and hiding it in the bush.... said he was going to get a flat tire if he drove down the driveway..... time get some staff that appreciate having a job and taking more pride in what they do....Im getting fed up.

I can't give any stars. The service for the Prince George branch is laughable at best. First they try to deliver a package to my work address after hours and the courier thinks that leaving it outside of the building is appropriate. Calls me after 6:30 to tell me that is where he has left it. I tell him that is not appropriate and that if it gets stolen he will be responsible for it and to go back and get it. It has now taken 5 phone calls and email complaints and it is now sitting at the warehouse still not delivered a week and a half later

I had a Pitney Bowes package saying it was delivered on June 2 no knock on the door no parcel to be found also no pictures sent what so ever. Then your office is suppose to be open until 5pm I phone at 415 only to get an answering machine when I went to put my comment in your damm mailbox is full. I can oypt understand how you as a who,e company can stay in business i ha e never seen such a poor excuse for a company

Repeatedly the delivery professional stands in front of my $400. locked mailbox and throws the package on the ground. I have tried to send emails and got no response. I have spoken to delivery people directly over the last year and still this happens. Today I also tried to phone and no one answers the phone. Very frustrating. I live in an area where packages are quickly stolen. THAT is why I invested in a $400 locked mailbox. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can change their behavior?
