They gave my $140.00 parcel away to someone with a similar name. When I tried to hold them accountable the Owner invented a fiction that my parcel’s address did not include the Unit Number and told me to “go ———— myself”. Both the sender’s records and the USPS manifest show the Unit Number included in the address. YELP reviews show other similar complaints. Pacific Mail and Parcel has a “F” rating with BBB and ,again has complaints similar to mine. My recommendation is to avoid this company!

I have been using this post office for over 10 years now. Their customer services keep getting better. Last Friday, I was there picking up the packages and I got to have a chat with Mimi. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a few requests & she didn't hesitate to offer her help. I'm pleased with the services, and I would highly recommend others to use this office.

I've been using PMAP for many years now and have received hundreds of parcels without a hitch. Their prices are competitive and staff do a good job. They've saved me thousands of dollars in shipping fees if I had shipped the stuff to canada. Still a wonderful place to go after all these years!
