They were so snappy, I had to sendy laptop to Dell and the process was a breeze

Apparently they attempted delivery but there was no knock on the door, no bell rung and no delivery notice left. I checked my parcel online and found out they had attempted to deliver it on Friday and didn't leave me a note, now they are closed until Tuesday, called customer service and was told it would be a five min wait its been 20 and still nobody has taken my call.Completely unacceptable as I was home all day on Friday and now I don't get my parcel on my day off which means I'll miss the delivery tomorrow as well. Wish I could give one star I'll never use this company again.

Not my first experience with Brandon Purolator but hopefully my last. With my last delivery they did not attempt delivery over the course of two days while my item was in Brandon, despite being 4km from their office. I attempted to pick up my item twice, at 5:10and 5:50pm, on the second day as they allegedly finish delivering items at 5:30 (although while I was there at 5:10 all delivery trucks appeared to be in the lot and done for the day). The woman at reception made no attempt to look for my item, simply re-iterating that "it was on the truck". A few hours later, the status of my parcel is "ready for pick-up on next business day" and it is my responsibility to go pick it up over the next 5 days, effectively doing their job for them, despite paying for prompt delivery. I am away over the next week (hence paying for delivery by yesterday). Incompetent and rude staff. Will be calling their central number to complain.

Shipped early Monday from Quebec and said item would be delivered by Friday but now won’t be delivered until after the weekend. Almost 5 days to go from Quebec to Brandon, MB and they couldn’t even do it. The absolute worst courier!
