A month ago, I used greyhound express service. I had three luggages from Winnipeg to Jasper. One of them were missing so I dealt with two branches of Greyhound and they had professional customer service. They were really patient of my broken English since I am foreigner. They told me that there is one guy can tracking my package in Winnipeg so I had to call them. I talked to this guy on the phone and he was getting mad at me because of my English. I was getting nervous when he is almost shouting at me on the phone and he expressed his madness over phone. At the end, he told me that how do I know that I lost my luggage and hung up on me. I was already depressed about losing my half of my life in that luggage. On top of that I had another stress dealing with customer service.
I'm not gonna say his name but if he sees it, I want to say sorry about my bad English and for your convenience, I will never use any service from your branch.
