Package never came even though it was said to be delivered 6 days ago, now it’s just “lost in transit”..... waste of money and time. Call center is absolutely no help! What do people pay you for?

Shipper and receiver are good ,was late for 2 hours didnt gave hard time only bad part is backing up on door 8 lol🤣

I’ve had many packages sent back to sender because the delivery person couldn’t notify me they tried to deliver. Then it goes back to the warehouse and is sent back after so many days. I could have come to get the package but I didn’t know it was there.... terrible service when calling to ask where my package is. Would not trust a package with this company

These guys are good. Used to use CP all the time but got fed up of seeing packages not moving for days, yet purolator has, no pun intended, delivered a 5 star service across the board. Well done Purolator! Thank you for not settling for less than best!
