They are apparently slow on updating their tracking information. The seller provided a tracking number to me but it was not in the system right away; the system did not recognize the tracking number. There seems to be a lag of at least a couple of hours. For example, received shipping number at 3:45 pm but not registered on system until about 5:30-6:00 pm.
The package missed a connection somewhere along the way which delayed shipment by several days (including a weekend). This is an internal logistic error on their part. With the 'Delay Missed Connection', there was no update for five days so I was concerned regarding the status of my package (was it sitting in their warehouse, on a truck, at a driver's home?) Next message was it finally arrived in the City. They did send me a notice when it was out with the courier. I had time to leave work and wait at home. It was about 5 hours from the notice to when they showed up. In that time, I had to leave the house so I left them a message to call, as I was going to be close by and could come back home within 5-10 minutes. They called and waited patiently for me to get home with some of my help.
It would be nicer if they could get on top of their logistics notifications for tracking. There was no real issue but for the recipients peace of mind, it would help to know more. No damage to the package which is also significant since it was over 100 lbs. Overall, I would say a successful delivery.
