Most silly package delivery service ever. They do not have a key to your mailbox, meaning you must answer a phonecall to allow the deliveryperson into your doorway, just to deliver your package (signature required or not). A mail delivery service should, in my adamant opinion, have the ability to deliver mail you your mailbox. That's it's intended purpose, and their method of package delivery is pure incompetence. What if I don't have a phone, for example, to receive the call? Or, a way to drive to Purolator's physical location, to pick up the package myself?
