Great staff and willing to help with any questions that I had. I have never filled out a fed ex form, but the staff were helpful and told me what I need to make sure I filled out, helped me in doing my calculations and weighed it as well as told me the cheapest way to send. I wish most of my suppliers allowed me to choose my shipping company. FedEx is by far the worst and most unprofessional shipping company in the area. Once again there was a missed delivery and they tried to send our item back the same day...😠
