Poor service

Very poor service. Package has been in kentville for several days and still not delivered. Truck driver is unfamiliar with the area we’ve been told. This is unacceptable. What a mess!

Two of my packages in a row have been ripped open when they got dropped off while I was home working in the back yard with my wife inside the house... And not ripped open like mishandled packages, but more like let's see what's inside and left wide open for the weather... Thankfully who ever did it didn't see any value is taking the gifts I bought for my daughters first birthday. Will be contacting them first thing Monday to get this sorted out

my package is stuck at this facility citing "incomplete address information" which is false as the complete address is right there on my packages detailed information.

Driver made one delivery attempt and left a door knocker. I called and had made a request to deliver to my work, which they cooperated fully with me on, but for the second business day out. In the end I was able to go pick it up at the depot the next day after calling, so the lady there was friendly and cheerful. Got my new running shoes in time for the weekend!

They don't list their local store phone number in the phonebook, yellow pages or online leaving you to navigate their automated phone system for all inquiries. This is completely unnecessary time consuming and frustrating.
