DHL

Giving DHL 1 star because you can't get any lower... Very poor delivery and customer service!!! We were waiting for our cell phone to be delivered, paid custom fees on it, received the message that it was delivered at the door my husband called me asking me if the package was there I said no he called DHL they told him that it was delivered and signed by door (meaning it was left at my front door). After my husband saying to them that it's not there my wife has been home all day they said there's nothing we can do it says here it's been delivered So I went door to door asking if they seen my package there's only 12 houses on my street!! One of my neighbours said maybe they took it to another address with the same number, well that's what DHL did different address same number, after me to talking with the lady trying to get my parcel from her finally she handed it to me, she opened it!! And the box that it was in!! She said her son was playing with it!!! When I got home the phone was turned on.... SO DHL I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR "LOVELY" SERVICE!! Sad.. Sad.. 😒😒

I always have to pay $30+ customs on my packages when they get shipped via DHL, and I never have to pay customs from other shippers. I would not recommend just to avoid the customs fees since DHL has 100% always had customs fees for me. If I order a t-shirt, I get $30 customs. If I order toiletries, $30 customs. I order the same stuff and get it delivered via Canada Post, no customs.

Very bad customer service and delivery service. I paid additional Customs fees of 23CAD (in addition to the shipping fees i already paid when i placed my order for the item online). Delivery window is from early morning 7:30am to late afternoon 7:30pm and even though my mobile phone is listed in the shipping information, the delivery driver does not bother giving me a call nor ring the bell. Apparently DHL delivery expects the customer to be at the front door of the house for the entire time from 7:30am to 7:30pm to get the package, other wise it will simply assume the customer is not home. When I paid the additional customs fees I checked the option of "No Signature required" yet the customer service representative told me it would require 48hours to be updated in the system. Currently I am waiting for the item to be redelivered after 4 days (earliest re delivery date) with an expected delivery window from 7:30am to 7:30pm. I placed instruction for driver to call me once he/she arrives and to leave it at the door if I could not be reached. I also rechecked that "No Signature required" option is on. Overall, very bad customer service and delivery service. I will do my best to avoid DHL and never use their service again.

I just received a package that's not mine. Not even delivered to the right steeet. When I tried to call them to tell them they had delivered someone's package to a very wrong address, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, and short tempered, because I couldn't find the number (out of multiple different numbers on the box) she needed to look up the package. Instead of explaining better what she wanted, she acted annoyed, then hung up on me. This isn't even my problem. I was trying to help them fix their mistake. So now I have some dudes package at my house. Which I guess is my job now to go and deliver?

Good place overall. There isn't a lot of parking available so I'd park on the street unless you have a small vehicle. The first time I went I didn't realize that loomies is DHL so I went to a few wrong buildings; it would be nice if "DHL" was on the loomies sign but once you enter it's obvious that your in the right place! Friendly fast service, the staff is through so make sure that the correct person is picking up the package (so bring 2 ID's!
