Fastway Couriers Dublin

This company should change its name to "lost way". they never found my address. There has never been a contact attempt. In order to receive the purchased items I always had to pick up in person at their base. I buy online for convenience. this company does not provide it. I do not recommend. I give 0 stars

Bought some clothes for my daughter from a UK website using Fastway. Fastway website says clothes delivered to a safe location. No info on where that is. No note left in the door. Dont even know if they actually called to my home. No way of contacting them. No way of finding where my stuff is. Truly shocking. Only way to stop this is to make a fuss with the retailers using them and to put them out of business.

So many bad experiences with this company. On one occasion one of the couriers left my package in a ‘safe place’ , I wasn’t home that evening my package arrived and it turned out they had left it IN my bin, so of course the bin collectors disposed of the bins contents and my package was destroyed. On another occasion a driver dropped my package to a random house in my town. The occupant of the house saw the driver throwing my package at their front door, running away and then driving off. The driver then forged my signature and said the package was delivered. Luckily the occupant of the house posted a status on their facebook page in hopes that I would see it, a friend of mine then tagged me and I was able to collect my package. The driver clearly knew they were in the wrong place since they ran from the house, and the nerve of them to then forge my signature is outrageous. So much money and time wasted with this company. Unfortunately so many companies use them.. Why, I don’t know?

Waiting at home, hear the porch door being opened and the package being chucked into the corner. The online status then shows that it has been signed for with a forged signature. Why not wait the ten seconds it would take for me to sign for the package? Thankfully I was at home to take it, otherwise it could have been stolen because someone couldn't wait a few seconds to ensure it's delivered properly? One star is a generous rating

Similar to other reviews I've seen, one star is one too many. Apparently they were incapable of finding a well known company building, but instead of trying and making their lives easier, they gave it to a different building and simply forged the signature of someone working there. How are they still employed by companies that allegedly take care in customer experience?
