Purolator

The lady of the customer service hotline this morning was not very helpful, she was basically telling me if I wanted to contact the Truro store directly all calls had to go through her (the hotline) meanwhile scrolling the website I found a direct line to the Truro store. Along with these other people I will not ship with purolator again unless I have to. Amazon prime is 2 day shipping and purolator is making it 3 days.. also tell me how if the drivers delivers have until 8pm to be dropped off, how does the depot close at 6 making it impossible to pick up the package same day as delivery attempted..

Extremely bad customer service given by these folks. They were basically useless when I called with my questions. Definitely the last time I ever use them, if I can help it. Plus on top of it all my package is late so kuddos. Edit. I will definitely be using Canada post from now on. You guys are trash. So looks like I'm waiting another day for my parcel. I should add that it's a perscription that I need.

You guys screwed up Nick Sartys order and I’m pretty upset for him as well. Like what are you thinking? Not caring for him, and not making every costumer a top priority. I’m not mad... just disappointed.

Horrible company don't know why they exist. Ordered a rim and they told me my address was incorrect when intact it was correct so they sent it back to the company I bought it from now I have to pay shipping again... thanks , sincerely, a pissed off customer.

Y’all should change your name from purolator to puro- get your stuff way later, then when your package is supposed to arrive. Very poor customer service and lack of common etiquette towards others. These issues should be resolved immediately, based off the other comments I am not an outlier in the situation.
