whoever they have delivering to the Dartmouth area clearly doesn’t know how to do their job. They showed up to my apartment, didn’t ring the buzzer OR call me as per my delivery instructions, and just left.
I called their customer service number and asked about a reattempt today, specifying quite clearly that I took the day off work to wait for this package because I work 9-5 so there wouldn’t be anyone here to sign for the package. The person on the phone did their part — they spoke to dispatch. But what happens an hour later? I get an email saying my delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. When I can’t be here to sign for it. Now I have to bus out there because as I said to them, I don’t have a car so I can’t just go pick it up.
And this is all because whoever was delivering couldn’t read the instructions. I’ve been here all day. This has been ridiculous, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company.
