I live 40 minutes away and I have 3 complaints about them already. One was for a 150 coin that required a signature thrown in my neighbours roadside box. I am still waiting on a parcel that should of got here 20 days ago. I complain and they never do anything to resolve problems.

It is now 36 hours since both online tracking and telephone tracking said our parcel was put on the local truck for delivery. They said it would be delivered yesterday. NOT! And no way to call and talk to a live person. How convenient.
