This Company deserves no stars.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Have had to call about my last 3 parcels, delivery driver saying he attempted to deliver package yet I was sitting outside waiting for them, and no one showed up. So they are even lying in regards to dropping parcels off. Feel sorry for anyone else this happens to.

The staff here are fantastic. They've gone so far as to pull my items and give me a call to pick them up the moment they arrived, because they knew they weren't going to be able to deliver to the address I'd provided.

Went in here to have something sent in for repair. The employee who was helping me was incredible! She gave 5 star service from start to finish. She assisted me with any questions I had and let me know how their insurance works, etc. The only reason for my 4 🌟 review is the prices are so high! I'm sure they're probably comparable to the other guys. But man, expensive.

Driver fails to deliver and puts loading dock unavailable as the reason. Never even came to house or he would have showed up on cameras...Complain to management and get put on a do not deliver list.

Use them with work and I never had a problem. Paid for two shipping for my own personal package and the delivery person for got to drop it off. At least the package had a nice ride around town all day. Ugh.
