Horrific, horrific, horrific! Did I say horrific? Forgetting the fact that almost every Purolator shipment to my condo has been late or sent back to my local Purolator office for me to pickup, the one time I use them to ship a critical package of legal documents overnight, it's delayed by 3 days.
When I call the Pulolator tracking line, I am told that Purolator doesn't have its couriers in the States, so they hire other carriers to make the delivery (in this case, UPS). Then I am told that someone requested a Saturday delivery. I asked who requested Saturday delivery and they said I would have to call UPS.
No apology for the late delivery. No attempt to help me figure out why the package was delayed.
Just an awful experience all around.
