Used them to ship a furniture piece to the USA; What a mess. - Package couldn't be picked up by multiple drivers due to size and size was given to them at the beginning. - Finally picked up almost a month later - Package got to the US nothing was done for over 2 weeks til the receiver and I had to call and complain. - 2 months after I paid the original amount they decided to charge me another 1/3 more of the original asking price. No invoice nothing. - Once I brought it up then they send me the invoice after the fact which I never agreed too. Still waiting for my refund for a charge I never agreed to. Do yourself the favour, stay far far away from this Company! Horrible customer service and trying to overcharge without an invoice. Too bad I can't put negative star rating.

I use these guys anytime I ship to Canada. I know they use a lot of backhaul Cdn carriers so they get more competitive rates that if I went to my US based providers. No problems so far.

Company damaged my goods and are refusing to compensate me. They have fake reviews by their own family members on here. Pathetic

Used them for an oversize package to BC, I got a very competitive quote and they picked my shipment up without any issues.

After I received my shipping rate I able to get setup very fast and the crate was picked up in the afternoon
