Holding my prescription hostage till Monday even though I should have had it yesterday. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE... Honestly I hate canada post too but they are better then this. I will be using FED ex from now on!!! Sadly carrier pigeons would have done a better job!!!!
They continuously claim that the address I gave them for shipping is incorrect, even though I've used the same address with them dozens of times.
I would never recommend using Purolator, because they're slow as molasses and apparently can't even check google maps to see if my address is correct.
Awful service. I would never use and will return item to buyer and in future shall not be purchasing from anywhere if purolator is going to be handling delivery.
I returned call to schedule a drop off... took 48 hours to get in touch with right department as voice message left was unclear.
Eventually spoke with someone called Hailey. Who pretty much yelled at me and let me know that I would have to pick up package in guelph if I wasn't home from 9 to 5 to receive package. Advised I could be home 9 to 130pm. She was adamant that I had to find a day to sit and wait with no guarantee between 9 and 5.
After asking her name and suggesting that it's quite ridiculous that as a working student I have to wait an entire day in uncertainty, she grudgingly stated she would give a note to driver. I thanked her and waited at home on arranged day until 5pm no one showed up.
Had I have 8 hours to waste. I would go build whatever I ordered online.
Returning item and like I said never using purolator directly or through a 3rd party if I can help it.
Can't deliver to my mail box, can't deliver to another postal service, can't deliver after my work hours, can't drop it off unattended at my doorstep, one location in Guelph miles away from everything.. This isn't a delivery service this is a joke, if Amazon offered better shipping choices I would never consider Purolator.
Absolute waste of my time. I called at 7am spot on because I have a really urgent document to deliver, and it has to be delivered today. When I called, it said I was second in line. Not bad right? Wrong. I've been sitting on the phone waiting for nearly 40 minutes! You'd think for calling first thing in the morning you'd get some quick service but apparently not. I gave up and hung up. Waste of my time.
