I recently had a large musical instrument shipped to me from Vancouver via Greyhound Package Express. When the online scanning updates seemed to stop the folks on the Customer Service line were very helpful by telling me that the package would most likely not be scanned between Calgary and Toronto. The shipment was promised within "7-10 days" but arrived all the way from Vancouver to Toronto in five days. It was scanned in and I saw the update immediately, so I phoned the terminal. I got the message machine and left a message - they phoned me back within fifteen minutes. The guy with the reddish hair who works there was willing to go look for the package, even though it wasn't supposed to be ready for me to pick up until the next day. He went into the warehouse, found it for me, and processed it so I could take it home. He even helped me dispose of the packing materials, as I couldn't fit the box in my car. I really appreciated his Customer Service. My experience with Greyhound Shipping was A1.
