Unable to track my package online at all. No address on the notice and there's absolutely nothing on the website. No one answers the phone on the weekend so i called on the fourth day, finally found out where it is, went to pick it up on the fifth day..... It's gone!!!!! You're supposed to give me five days to pick it up and you decided to take it away before 1:30pm on the last day. Are you freaking kidding me??? Another courier I hate. Why didn't you simply put the address on the notice????? I could have picked it up the first or second day if I have all the information in the first place. And when I asked if I could have it redelivered, I have to pay $10 for your faults. Yes it's your faultS as you could have made it a while lot easier for your customers if you could promptly update the status on the website, simply put the package location on the notice, and take the package back after the fifth day NOT early in the day on the last day.
