I don't use the service, but I work beside a company that does. I sit right by the front window and I saw the driver coming down the road. I thought he had lost control of the vehicle and was going to crash into the hydro pole. HORRIBLE driving, so very very fast for a small country village and wrong side of the road. Just can't believe how horrible.

Absolutely appalling service from Lynn at JDS Express. I was told my item would be delivered on June 22. When I called back they said June 26, I expressed my concern and I was given attitude the entire time. I explained I was sleeping on an air mattress and I was told "everyone has a story" and was then yelled at saying "there's nothing I can do" and then I was hung up on. I've called back multiple times and now am being ignored.

I know there has been some bad reviews here, but we just had a paddle board delivered on a cottage road on Belmont Lake and the driver, I felt went above and beyond. Maybe we got lucky, but THANKS MAN!!!
