Virtual assistant is so useless. Why bother Purolator, have you ever had a virtual assistant as a customer, nope, its people who generate the gobs of money you make, but you do not want to employ any. Humans can talk to humans better that your "not ready for utilization" virtual assistant......... Oh btw the ZZtop gentleman at the Bracebridge depot was super professional, freindly and efficient.

Driver went to wrong address and wouldn't deliver because he thought there should be a unit number. There is no unit number just my address number. Instead of knocking on door, leaving delivery tag or calling number on shipping label they just kept package and said it will be delivered when address has proper unit number or returned.

Was supposed to get a package today, the delivery guy apparently couldn't find the office to the 1 story building... so when i called to see if i could just go pick it up cuz delivery is to hard for a delivery driver, I'm told i can't just drive 7 minutes away to pick it up, i now have to wait the weekend for Monday to see if they can find the office again.

This review is more for the delivery drivers. They are awesome! My driveway has a terrible slope and is slippery. I've watched these guys walk up a 600 ft driveway to delivery my packages. Today due to possible rain, my package was wrapped in a puralator bag to prevent damage from possible rain. Again, the drivers are awesome! Your friend on Fraserburg

It’s beyond ridiculous that they don’t equip their fleet with winter tires. Could avoid so many customer complaints if their trucks could actually handle snowy conditions.
