WORST CAB COMPANY I'VE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH! The dispatch is very ignorant & rude. We've spent over hundreds of dollars on Al's taxi service & tip the drivers almost everytime to be accused of stealing one of the cab driver's phone who is so bloody stoned off weed all the time. The lady Bonnie also decided to take it upon herself to tell me my son has a learning disability! After my husband helped push her taxi out of a snowbank during one of our fares. They lost two loyal customers! Absouletly discgusted!

Been using Al's for two years now and I'm still late for work more often than acceptable. The cab drivers also enjoy making sexual remarks to women and racist/homophobic remarks about other drivers. I believe they call their competition "Rump Riders" and other homophobic slurs. I was told to use my mouth for "something other than talking" on my husband. Today was my last trip with Al's.

Just called their dispatch centre to tell someone that one of their vans had just screamed through a residential neighbourhood and was told "ok, whatever floats your boat" and was hung up on.
