Most unreliable delivery services I have ever dealt with, customer service reps are sassy and rude, No communication between terminal and drivers as they informed me they do not allow their drivers to have cell phones, Really?? Communication is key to running a successful business. They do not care whether your package gets delivered. Stay CLEAR of this company.

Missed their 1st delivery attempt and the door label said no 2nd attempt, will be held at the depot next day. The could not give me the location and said to try back tomorrow. Next day I call to get the depot location and find out they are making a 2nd attempt at delivery. I told them I was told that I would get a depot location and no 2nd attempt would be made. They had no answer. Best part was the item was sent from a store in Toronto and after the 2nd attempt they said it would go to their depot... in Toronto.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service has an attitude right up front and starts defending their drivers, before the complaint had even left my mouth. I am in a business park. The driver attempted to deliver ONCE and proceeded to send my parcel to a pick up location, half way across town. I called customer service and was immediately told (while speaking over me) that it was because we are in a residential area. The driver has even marked on the slip, that it is a BUSINESS and therefore should have been attempted 3 times. I shouldn't have to prove what type of area I'm in; customer service is there to HELP the CUSTOMER, not defend the driver. I will make a point to request another courier, whenever I have something shipped. They simply cannot handle their business.

Worst and annoying courier company every my first and will be my last experience with this garbage company. I don't know why a reputable company like Walmart would use such a garbage and low class company with nothing to offer the general population. Canpar should be ashamed of the service they provide... Imagine Canpar stated in my tracking details that they couldn't locate my address in a big city like Brampton. The worst part is that I live right beside Shoppers World mall, and they claim my home have no address? This is my worst experience I have ever had with any courier company. I am a consistent online shopper and I shop all over the world, I have never had this worst experience ever in my entire life, not until so called Canpar comany did this to me. Well I never bothered talking to the company directly because it's of no use talking to a unprofessional company like Canpar. I spoke to Walmart and they agreed to take the issue up. I also warned Walmart never to use Canpar for all my future deliveries because if they do, I will not take it lightly with them and I will ensure to return all my purchases. I have decided that if and when I receive my order, I will be returning them to walmart and that will be their lose for using such a unprofessional courier company. It is so frustrating and annoying because my order only contained my baby food and toiletries. It really breaked my heart because I was happy that I will get to use the products I purchased for my less than a year old baby. If I have the option to give less than a star, I will gladly do that and I will never ever try to buy from any company that uses Canpar for their delivery services. Please, be aware and stay away from this company. I don't usually write a review, but if I do, I want to create awareness about the service or the product either good or bad because it will certainly help some other people out there make a beneficial decision... thank you Google for giving me this opportunity to share my experience to others.

It's funny how people bash a company because they had a bad experience lol..I'm sure canpar a CANADIAN company delivers to more then 48 people that reviewed this page ...and only 48 people come oUT and say what awful service because my package was a day late or broken...my advice..GET UP OFF YOUR a** and get your own package and maybe none of that would happen..no one's perfect and mistakes are made ..but what's funny is when people say oh my package is late and oh it's a bad company because of it ...99 percent of all online shopping or shipping is free these days, so if I ain't paying for shipping why complain?..maybe some people need a life then rate stuff for fun lol..good courier no problems for me and is a CANADIAN company which I and everyone else should support!
