Send a shipment to India, cost me lots of time and effort and still the package hasn't cleared the delays. which could have been avoided if they had knowledgeable staff, or better computer system to give them red-flags. When called DHL and complained the spokesperson said "not to undermine our partners, but they are not trained and they don't use the same interface". The spokesperson for DHL keep saying not to undermine, but implying I should have used one of their own full stores to send urgent international deliveries. Because they are better trained, and better software which gives them notification to better serve clients.
