I had a very bad experience in this branch, to release my package they forced me to print few documents just to make few dollars!

Lost my package!! Called to confirm they had my package at the store and they confirmed yes, they had it. So, I mission all the way to the store only to be told when I arrived that it wasn't there??! Then the guy asks me if I know Joseph?, I'm like, WHO is Joseph?, to which he responded, oh he's the driver who had the package and scanned your package confirming it was here.. Like honestly, WTH, 1ST OFF, why would I know the DRIVER? , and more importantly, WHY did they tell me my package was delivered to the store when it WASN'T... I STILL Don't know where my package is! So incredibly frustrating 😤

I had the worst experience with this branch. They kept my parcels for 2 days in the shop and delivered to driver after 2 days so I lost my time with the embassy. I will open a file in the court this week.
