Yet another bad experience with Purolator. I thought I share this cause I think this is yet a new method to avoid delivering a package. Order was with 2-day shipping from Amazon Prime. On day of delivery nothing was done - not even a sticker. When I checked the tracking site the reason for non-delivery was due to "Address not correct/not found"... This address been used for years for Amazon orders including orders shipped by Purolator. With this creative excuse the driver doesn't even need to leave a sticker. In fact doubt they even drove in the neighborhood. Customer service didn't offer any explanation for this - simply suggested to attempt delivery next day or for me to pick up at depot. I asked Amazon to completely de-prioritize Purolator on my account so I don't have to use them again. Purolator customer care - feel free to look up my name in your records - you'll find the order.

The drivers do not attempt delivery, rather, simply post the delivery slips as their default mode of operation. Despite being 91% owned by Canada Post, Purolator cannot drop packages at CP offices. Instead they send customers to their distribution centres. Inconvenient, incompetent and inexcusable for a shipping company. All businesses in which I am involved have written policies excluding Purolator from our logistics chain. Edit- Vincent, no, I won't be contacting Purolator. You don't get to do damage control after the fact.

Absolute terrible service. I ordered 3 items from Amazon. 1 package (1 item) was delivered by Canada Post and there were no issues at all. The other package for the 2 items were never delivered at all. After speaking with the wonderful staff at Amazon, they made a call to Purolator and was advised that 2 attempts were made to deliver. WHAT A LIE. There is no concierge at my condo, so any deliveries would have to be made using the condo buzzer. I never got a single call to let someone in to drop my package off. I purposely paid one-day shipping as I needed those items ASAP, but not only didn’t I get them delivered as planned, I have to DRIVE to pick it up. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES YOUR COMPANY GIVE? WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU HIRE? Would give 0 stars if I could. If Amazon allowed us to pick which company we wanted to deliver our items for a fee, I would pay whatever extra fee is needed so long as I don’t get your company to deliver my stuff.

I wish you guys just leave my parcels at my door step, I always request that but then I have to pick it up at your location that's too far away. But I guess that's not your fault. Great customer service though

Staff were extra helpful. Even when there was a long line up, everything was handled with care and detail.
