The drivers do not attempt delivery, rather, simply post the delivery slips as their default mode of operation. Despite being 91% owned by Canada Post, Purolator cannot drop packages at CP offices. Instead they send customers to their distribution centres. Inconvenient, incompetent and inexcusable for a shipping company. All businesses in which I am involved have written policies excluding Purolator from our logistics chain.
