CAN'T TRUST THEM TO DELIVER ANYMORE
Have used Clockwork for many years but unfortunately reliability and standards have slipped & will not be using them anymore. Finding myself having to either chase up couriers as packages haven't been collected or packages taking far too long to reach the destination. Let me down once again today. Booked a courier at 9.45am and stressed I required a 12pm pick up. 12.15pm, I had to chase them yet again and the blasé response I received was that it would be at least another 30 mins for collection. I then called again to say that our director was leaving for the airport at 1.15pm and he needed the documents before he left, to which a call handler replied, "nah can't do it".
I told Clockwork that the situation was ridiculous and just to forget the booking. I then had to book an Uber. 10 minutes after the Uber cab left, guess what - a Clockwork courier arrived! I called Clockwork again to tell them their courier in our office and the call handler told me to send him away. Another straightforward booking that has turned into a bloody calamity
