I too looked everywhere until I looked at the reviews. It was pretty no nonsense. Go into the Pharmacy and up to the cash counter. Filled out the form and paid. Done!

Thank you to other reviewers for the location tips. Thanks to you guys I found it right away. This place doesn’t have any Fedex signs. It’s located in U & C pharmacy which is in the lower level. I had printed my labels for an expedited shipping but needed help with assembling the labels. It was an international shipping, and I didn’t want to mess anything up. However, no help was offered. I was told to call FedEx for questions. I asked for an envelope and a label envelope and the customer rep provided those to me with a lot of confusion. But she had no knowledge about FedEx and couldn’t offer any additional help. She said that they are “just an authorized FedEx centre” and can’t offer any assistance. I’m not sure why the pharmacy considers itself as a FedEx centre if they don’t have any knowledge nor appetite to serve customers. I’d never been to a mailing centre that was so unprofessional and unhelpful. If you are looking for a proper FedEx in that area, there is one located at Print Zone ( 180 Dundas). That’s where I ended up going after and it took 2 minutes for them to complete the transaction.

Finally find out the Fedex in this location is the grocery store in the first floor. no sign for fedex though, you need to ask the personal there to ship a fedex shipment and they will assist you. "there is no Fedex here, searched around the whole floor and even searched the BMO level."

There IS a FedEx Authorized Shipping Centre here - it's inside the U & C Pharmacy. They provide priority express shipping, but not ground shipping.
