FedEx Ship Centre

This place is hard to find but once you’re there you’ll find the service to be good. You don’t expect staff at a shipping centre to be extra friendly because obviously they’re busy all the time dealing with deadlines and packages coming in and going out. However, they get the job done. They answered all of my questions.

This location is at the airport, and where you go to clear packages with customs issues (customs is in the same parking lot) Once customs issues are resolved, they're always fast and efficient. It would be nice if you could park closer to the door for heavy packages, but it's not that far. It's possible loading by their door is allowed, but I'm not sure and didn't have anyone to watch my package or get the car. Your milage may vary, but remember that they have nothing to do with holding your package for clearance, that's all customs.

Lost our package. It was a return and now have a 600$ bill outstanding because they did not receive the package. Oh the headache. Staff didn't seem too helpful or concerned either.

Lost my PASSPORT!!!!!! Informed month later I sent it, same city delivery!!!!!!! Awful, Awful, Awful!!!! For all my life didn't have my packages lost even by the cheapest providers, packages coming from another corners of the world!!!!! This company cannot handle even same city privileged packages!!!!!

They messed up BIG. First, I come home and find a Fedex delivery notice on my door saying they missed me but would try again tomorrow. I wasn't expecting a package so I phoned up the number on the notice. After confirming my address and identity (this is important), they said I could pick it up at their office. So I took the notice down to the office, showed my notice and Id and to my surprise they came out with a large box containing a new computer. It was only after I had the box in my car that noticed that the name and address weren't mine!! They let me walk out with someone else's new computer and didn't even make note of my id (just a quick glance at my drivers licence). So to sum up 1. delivered to wrong address 2. The 1 800 operator directs me to go pick it up, despite me telling her the wrong name and address. 3. They let me walk out with someone else's package. Wow. P.S. I brought the computer back and informed them of their mistake.
