The worst experience I've ever had. I have used the same address for hundreds of times, include with USPS. Last time USPS ignored the note about the door bell information, instead, just send my package to the USPS station which is 1 hour away from my home. This time is getting more ridiculous. It's been a while that I have not heard about the package, so I click the tracking number, and it's telling me due to wrong address, it's sending my package back to the sender.
So I check if I'm able to change the address online, but I cannot, since the address changing system only allows address in US. So i called the service number. The stupid voice recognize system is for time saving that I understand, and it has the same problem compared with the online address changing system. Then I dialed many times in order to reach the human service. Finally I reach a rude lady, after hearing my voice, she said wait a sec please, and then put me back to the automatic service line. This service makes me so mad, I hope that I do not have to use this post service ever again.
