I wish I could give 0 stars. The absolute worst option for delivery. Virtually every single time I've been stuck with dealing with them they are late and or make mistakes. Whenever I see Dynamex attached to a delivery my heart sinks knowing they will find some new way to make a simple task into a headache. They recently didn't deliver an item at all saying they couldn't find the front door, while I have had dozens of deliveries at this address with every other courier company. Horrific service. Edit - they continue to be the only courier that consistently fails to deliver, absolutely terrible.

one of the courier use by amazon to deliver packages the next day. while dynamex is fast, they just leave your package at the door while not even attempting to ring the bell to let the customer know that a delivery is made. i mean, i was home when they deliver a package but didn't rang the bell like other couriers. i only knew when my CP guy dropped a package i was waiting. maybe the next delivery will be better? 1 star for the service +1 star for the efficiency total 2 stars

Second time they deliver on a Saturday at an office that is closed and the elevator to our floor is looked. So how is it possible? Packages are nowhere to be found. They seem to keep the marchandise to theme selves period.

Stupid enough to attempt a business delivery at 8PM. Gotta reach Amazon to cancel this order, great times ahead. Thanks Dynamex.

Clain they delivered ay 5:00 pm it is a business and people were tjere until 5:30 pm and nobody rang the dorebells.
