Notice on the door that effective today, they open at 11:30. No regard for people's time and effort to get to the post office. Terrible customer service.

Almost got scammed with my Dell delivery. And it said delivery attempted; but no note, and no doorbell and i was home! I call to see if can pick it up the following day and was notified that someone scheduled a pick up under my name (but fake number) at another location (Daoust in St Lazare) So someone knows the Purolator system and that you can reschedule a pickup without proof of identity and is taking advantage to scam laptops/Desktops from Dell. I wasn’t even notified if the change.l of pick up either…

Though it is a shipping drop off center with a computer and printer, they are ill equipped to make the transaction easy. Computer down, cannot log on, employee has no idea of the password. Otherwise, the employees at the counter are nice.
