The people working there were SO friendly and helpful; a gentleman named Pierre and his female colleague went way out of their way and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a difficult order that I had made a mistake on. Really good people.

It's too far away from Quebec Centre and there is no transportation to there! The FedEx staff are very nice though.
