I had a pass here before and loved that I could use it at the Lynn Valley location or Park Royal location. Lots of classes were offered here and it was great that I could often do a spin class and then a yoga class. Their online portal is quite easy to use. Changing room gets a bit cramped when there are lots of people there (during class change over time). They have free tea there for before/after class. :)

Staff are not friendly, company does not honour promotions, this is not yoga, this is an exercise in corporate greed. A few severely anorexic people attend multiple classes per day which seems like a liability to the centre. Do they care more about class numbers than the health of the patrons? Everyone is uncomfortable with the severity and presence of the anorexic cases yet nothing is done about it.

Don't try and and buy a pass online for your spouse or friend for Christmas, they wont let you.... Don't even ask if you can have the deal that you learned about word of mouth the day before but expired yesterday, "there's nothing we can do for you". I wasn't expecting such a corporate and cold set of rules with no alternative both times I've tried to give them my money. I'm sure the yoga is great tho, I enjoyed their spin classes.

After a hip injury, yoga was one of the components that helped nurse me back to a better body. The teachers at YYoga (not only at this location) are truly second to none (Liv, Chris and Hilary are very experienced and helpful). Online scheduling is also very helpful and saves a ton of time!
