Worst experience as a new seasonal camper of my life! I truly wish I had of read all of these reviews before I ever took my trailer there I have never came across ruder staff at any sort of establishment. I don’t even know where to begin with how rude and inconsiderate the owners are! After having her trailer there for two months and finally having an actual interaction with the owner, our stay came to an end. Shelby is so insanely entitled and stuck up at the moment you slightly say something she disagrees with it’s her way or the highway. After two months of asking for sod on my campsite I finally got a 5 x 5 area and when I questioned why so little she literally asked me to leave and pack up my family and go. Not to mention my daughter had a very serious accident at their park that required an ambulance and overnight stay at the hospital. Not a single employee batted an eye and even acknowledge it happened let alone asking about her well-being. I left behind a deck and a shed I had purchased for our campsite and they literally sold it to someone else before I could pick it up! And then when I questioned when I would be able to get it she told me to prove it was mine. They have zero regard for their customers and their happiness.

Clean facilities and spacious campsites. Small town so staff are local summer students still learning. Rental trailers book up fast but we enjoyed our trailer #45

I stayed here with my husband and 2 small children in June and we had an excellent time. Our trailer we rented far exceeded our expectations and there was plenty for the kids to do. We loved the playground and indoor swimming pool. Would stay again and think we will be returning in September.

The camp ground is clean and well-maintained. We stayed in the tent sections and the area was sunny and secluded and every section came with a bench, a fire pit, water and electric. However, the staff is not the best when it comes on to customer service. The two young ladies are not experience with giving proper information as my daughter left the key to use the bathroom and someone took it up. I reported this to the office and the feedback was: “ we have to wait until the end of the weekend to see if it matches to your campsite”. Also, you have to pay another deposit of $10 to get another key”. So,I had to use my friend’s key to access the bathroom stall, as they did not even try to assist me in resolving this issue. Not impress with their customer service one bit.

We have stayed here many times and I don'T understand some of the negative comments. The park is clean, well cared for and we have found the staff to generally be very helpful. Have found some of the campers to be very rude especially the large groups that roll in together and then seem to think they are the only ones that matter. Honestly people we are all trying to enjoy ourselves but when you treat your neighbors with disrespect that's when staff needs to step in and act like the heavies. I appreciate that they are willing to step up and do just that.
