Worse room ever. The room was filthy, the sheets not changed and had cigarette holes in them. I asked for new sheets and a blanket to replace the dirty ones and they manage to give me other sheets in the same state! The room also felt like it was falling apart. Only one electrical outlet and it was almost hanging off the wall. I actually did not stay, checked out and went to another hotel. It will have cost me 140$ to learn a good lesson. I'm passing it free. Your welcome

Don’t ever stay here. Friend booked a reservation here, we walk in, the place smells like an ashtray, sketchiest people working there ever. Rooms look nothing at all like the pictures. Room numbers are written on post it notes lol. Everything is filthy dirty. Asked for a refund instantly because there was no chance we’d actually stay there. The sketchy people who run the building won’t even look at you or acknowledge you’re asking for a refund. We just left and booked another hotel. Just don’t ever book a room here under any circumstance. Guarantee the only reason it’s still in operation is based on the fake online pictures and refusing to give refunds.

Wow, I honestly don't know where to start. I should've read the reviews but a decent price in downtown Toronto, made me think to myself , why not? Warning: Don't go by the pictures posted on the website, the whole hotel is in need of a major facelift, some areas in need include; scuff marks in the flooring, worn furniture with curious stains, cracked light fixtures, broken furniture, holes in the walls and doors that appear to be bullet holes, stained bedsheets, broken blinds, lack of ventilation, and loose doorknobs. The whole place smells like cigarettes, despite the fact that no smoking signs are posted everywhere, and the entrance staircase is filthy. A positive thing about the place was the staff there was as helpful as they could be within their power. Definitely not worth the price you pay for the stay. Shouldn't be more than 20 bucks a night, in my opinion. Also note: They take the total payment for the room upfront without you viewing the room first. There you go! You've been warned! Not coming back.

Wish I could give zero stars. Honestly, stay any where else. Spend the extra 70 bucks, I promise it is worth it. Owners were smoking weed and fighting behind the front desk. There was hair in my sheets and boot prints on them. Windows are screwed shut and even if they weren’t they wouldn’t be functional. Horrible horrible place. Filthy. Everything is broken and falling apart. We checked in, went upstairs to our room, looked the place over and immediately left. Disgusting. Then we couldn’t get a refund but it was worth it just to get out of there.

This hotel was amazing!!!! The smell of weed and cigarettes was so welcoming! I met some crackheads and we shared room, he stole my phone from me. So I have to get a new one, but I still love and trust him. The bedbugs loved me! I got so many bites, wow, I’m sooo popular! Overall, the experience was great!! The blood stains smelt so good and the mold smelt even better! Definitely gonna stay there the next time I’m in Toronto.
