I loved my stay here! It's basically five star quality without the price tag! I have never walk into such a nice hotel where every staff member I saw had a big smile. The front desk lady was so kind and our room was so amazing. Spacious and well planned out. In the heart of downtown I'll be staying here from now on!

This is an amazing hotel. They always treat me great. Rooms are always clean. make sure to stop by the bar in the lounge and say hi to Peter. Great guy. This place is always home base when I'm in Toronto.

The room is nice, but I don't like the toiletries in the shower in gym shower like containers, but it was a corporate decision to significantly reduce world plastic waste, so one should not complain. Very good maid service. Only 1 entrance a half a block off the main road, but you can exit onto Younge Street. Very easy check out: you just leave; ) Friendly staff. Late check out was appreciated. The English concierge guy was nice.

The Courtyard was a very nice facility. Clean rooms and great downtown location. Small pool and gym but well maintained. My only concern would be that the walls seemed rather thin. I stayed 4 nights in a room on the outer edge of the hotel but could hear sirens quite loudly at night (as if the windows were open). While this hotel could use a few improvements, my experience was overall quite positive.

Love the location. 8-10 min walk to the Eaton Centre. Valet parking though.. I’m usually not a fan but it worked well for my stay this time. I was pretty confident with the way it was arranged. Nothing I didn’t like. I did realize one thing in my room though. There was some wallpaper coming off by the window and it was being held together with push tacks.. lol it didn’t bother me. Just observed it.
