After my workouts at FIT3X, I ALWAYS feel that something has improved during the high-intensity 45 minute session. I feel that my fitness needs are fulfilled. My whole body aches in a good way and, despite that, the following day, I feel ready for another workout. Because of this I know I’m on the right path toward my goals. Michelle and Chauntelle know well how to encourage you to help you push your limits.

I love this workout! 45 minutes flies by with all the different exercises we do in each class, and it changes from class to class. It always keeps my body guess and changing as it’s always something different each day I go. And all the instructors energy keep me coming back day after day! If your looking for variety, something new and refreshing, pushing yourself at your pace along some amazing assistance and encouragement along the way, this is your place!

I have been working out at FX3 for approximately 3 months and have seen great results. Michelle keeps the classes fun, enjoyable and I get a full body work out in 45 minutes instead of spending hours at the gym. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
