It seems that this company hires newbies

It seems that this company hires newbies to lower costs, but that's not the worst, since it sends them to do the job without any supervision, therefore the promised quality is on the ground.

The manager never supervise

It is unacceptable that Mr. John Ramos is never going to supervise his contractors because in the end he is the one who shows his face or should answer for the mistakes of his employees, but he does not, and I realize that there are many angry people, and I am one more, one pays at least several thousand dollars for their services and it is not possible that we receive this type of services of such poor quality.

Be careful with this company

I hired this company for the construction of my home, I had several meetings with them, we agreed on all the details, but they did not meet the commitment dates, they went out of budget, the finishes and the quality was not as promised.

This guy has a true mess in his company

I don't know why, but this guy has a true mess in his company, maybe if him try to solve all their internal precaries will be really good but now have a serious problem ahead. His workers arent capables, bit professional, they do a lot of mistakes in the way and his manager never come to verifity the work correctly done.

They cheat to thier customers

I bought an old house than needed a lot of repairs, so i decided to hire to John Ramos´s construction and after the finish the job all looked gorgeus but some days after found a several weet stains in walls and ceiling than grow by time, so i told him about this but sorprised they denied their responsability due to they changed all the old pipe lines. Due to their negative i was forced to hire to some else and spent much more and him told me that the firts persons not did a professional work.

They manipulate and abuse of their customers, they promised a job according to his public image, but behind has a lot of mistakes and bad reputation.Already there are a lot of people affected, hope soon the law fall them.

her manager never had the brave of show her face

I was forced to hire one else to finish the unfinish work that left the John Ramos´ people and this damage my budget. I stoped on time his mess, they were do a disaster in my house, so i fired them, but after that her manager never had the brave of show her face.

They need to solve their mess!

I´m a quiet man, though and don´t like to up bad reviews, i have been look that there are a lot of them about this company, so i decided to tell my own, well, i too hired this guy in the past and i think that all of us as a costumers won´t wait a bad job by our money, but unfortunately this is happening, and we need to stop this, we need to get that this company not work more, or solve all their mess.

I highly would recommend anyone to stay clear of this company. Many law suits going in with this business. He will greet you with a happy smile and take all your hard worked money in the wash. I should post the court dates of the trials to take place with this company. I can't even call this a company it is a SCAM. Stay clear you have been warned.

There are some negative reviews on this site regarding DBD. I have seen the terrible quality workmanship, mess, and disphoric feelings one ex-employee (sub trade), who posted on this site, has created for the management of DBD West Coast Construction. When situations like this occur, it is not unusual to ask the subcontractor to fix the problem and withhold payment. Simply put, this individual continued to do inferior work while seeking to destroy the reputation of DBD He spoke highly of experience in the trades put was incapable and unable to perform to the high standard demanded by DBD management. Since this unfortunate setback, I have personal knowledge that, DBD management has in their employ tradesmen and labour who are able to deliver a high end finished product.

I've worked for DBD 3 years on off, mostly on. I like working for John. I believe in customer satisfaction and so does my boss, John. right now he has a great team working for him, all dedicated to quality work and customer satifaction. I hope to continue your associatio. And look forward to many great projects.

John from DBD West Coast Construction has had his difficulties with the quality of the workmanship of certain trades. Because John Ramos believes in integrity and an honest days work for an honest day's pay, he has received a few bad reviews from individuals who did inferior quality work. I was hired to fix some of these deficiencies, which I might add were considerable. I have been in the trades for 30 over years and am experience in carpentry, drywall boarding, back framing, taping, mudding and finishing. There are lots of individuals out there that claim to do renovations but quality workmanship is harder to find. Just like there are some bad trades there are some nightmare customers. I have, upon occasion, run across these individuals. I have seen John bend go the extra mile for a client, but I suspect the negative reviews are from individuals who are looking for a free ride.

My experience in dealing with the management of DBD Westcoast Construction has been positive and I love the fact, they are willing to give good value and service.
