I was so thrilled when a friend recommended the Mobile Pet S’Paw as a home-based dog grooming option. I thought the grooming service itself was good and the peace of mind having my dog not left alone with strangers was even better, I could be home and check in if needed. I don’t normally write reviews of this nature but I felt bothered by my experience and my intent is to hopefully make the company aware so that things can be done differently. I was quite shocked that my very first appointment the groomer was over forty-five minutes late, but being that I needed mobile service for my dog I let it go, and I am quite a patient and understanding customer, sometimes things happen and I felt it was just a fluke. Since then groomer has never been on time (I have booked about four appointments), and the last two appointments she was over two hours late. The only reason I kept booking after the second time was because I truly thought it was just a couple mistakes with timing and that it wouldn't happen again. I booked an appointment recently and had to cancel it because even though I clearly stipulated (a week earlier upon booking) that I had an appointment in the evening that could not be missed, on the day of the groomer still informed me she’d be well over an hour late. I moved around a bunch of my clients, shifts and made several arrangements so that I could take this appointment for my dog. I felt I was patient, respectful and tried to give benefit of the doubt, however I felt extremely disrespected and treated as though my appointment time was just a ‘suggestion’ and didn’t matter. I am a commuter and as a business owner myself I always make arrangements to ensure I do not arrive late to appointments and meetings with clients. It really is unfortunate because I was looking forward to having a home-based groomer, but after my experience I have to say that I don’t think I will be booking again. Apologies , and another appointment time were offered but I felt that was not sufficient enough. If traffic and location are the issue, I would have hoped that could be communicated ahead of time so that proper arrangements could have been made. If you don’t mind waiting hours in your house and not having a predictable appointment time, then the grooming itself and convince of service in-home will be suitable for you.

Rose was fabulous with my black lab/border collie dog. She’s timid and scared while getting groomed and Rose made my dog feel very comfortable and at ease. You will not be disappointed.

Rosie is the best with my two boys. She grooms them, walks them and even board them when I'm away. Both dogs loves the way she cares for them especially the younger one. She has him spoiled rotten with her home made meals of chicken with rice and vegetables😄

Rose is awesome with my cats and dog. I love that she takes my dog home for the day when I have business events and plays with him. He loves it!!!!! Thanks Rose!!

We received a pick up, drop off service from mobile pet spaw recently. I wanted to get my dog a small trim around the ears and bum and dematted for Christmas. This was the only place not booked solid. I have a husky with long hair and she shaved her body which looks very uneven and gapped up. Shaved Her bum right down to the skin. (In the winter) This is after I asked her not to shave her because she is a husky. It was matted but there are other ways to go about dematting. We had her groomed before at different places and she came back beautiful and soft. I am very unhappy with the service we received. All this for 90 dollars and they had my dog for 7 hours! I never give reviews but I'm very upset about how my baby looks.
