Was just in earlier today, amazing staff, but they seemed to be really busy. Polite and well informed about pets and the products they have. I would just like to point out the kitties they have in the front are NOT for sale, but rather for adoption through a cat rescue, Toronto Cat Rescue. (They just house the cats for the rescue, to get them adopted faster! I asked! :D )

It's quite pricey, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, they have kittens for sale up front which is pretty sketchy. If you are interested in having a new cat friend, there are plenty of rescues that would appreciate your care!

They carry the GO! Brand of car food which my cat loves. Friendly service, everyone I have seem there are clearly animal lovers.

Abit unorganized. I couldn't get close to leashes and collars

Staff is very nice and helpful. I've had great experiences and I know if I need advice or help with anything the staff are the right ppl to go to. They have a great selection and anything they don't have they will order for you.
